Natalie Renko has a diverse work experience, primarily in accounting and finance roles. Natalie started their career as an Accounting & Operations Manager at ACCION Chicago in 2005 and then worked as a Staff Accountant at the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago from 2007 to 2009. Natalie later served as a Business Manager at OpenWorld Learning in 2009. Natalie then moved on to the American Red Cross - Mile High Chapter, where they worked as an Accounting Manager focused on payroll processes from 2010 to 2012.

From 2012 to 2014, they transitioned to the American Red Cross - Southeastern Michigan Chapter as a Finance Senior Analyst.
