Rowan Blaisdell

Rowan Blaisdell is a talented professional currently serving on the Talent Team at Detroit Labs since February 2020, where responsibilities include sourcing quality candidates, conducting interviews, and leading community-focused events. Previously, Rowan worked as the Recruitment, Training, and Development Coordinator at Eastern Michigan University from October 2016 to February 2020, designing recruitment strategies, managing training programs, and overseeing team activities. Additional experience includes serving as a Certified Tour Guide and a member of the Orientation Team, where Rowan cultivated skills in mentoring and project management. As Vice President of Member Development for Alpha Sigma Tau National Sorority, Rowan focused on personal development programming and member advisement. Rowan holds a Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies and Communication from Eastern Michigan University.
