Shelley Skarie

Shelley Skarie currently serves as the AIE Family Liaison and Attendance Education Coordinator for the Detroit Lakes School District since August 2023. Previously, Shelley held the positions of Attendance Coordinator and Homeless Liaison at Detroit Lakes Public Schools from August 2018 to May 2021, and coordinated/ taught the Teen Age Parent Program and PIP Program at the Detroit Lakes Area Learning Center from April 1998 to May 2021. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Family Science from North Dakota State University and possesses a Minnesota Parent Educator’s License from Concordia College.
