Zeeshan Husain

Podiatric Surgeon at Detroit Medical Center

Zeeshan Husain serves as the President of the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association since February 2022 and holds the position of Section Editor for The Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery since January 2020. With extensive experience in podiatric surgery, Zeeshan Husain is the Vice President for the Great Lakes Region of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and has been a Clinical Faculty member at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine since August 2018. Active in the community, Zeeshan Husain promotes foot and ankle care at multiple institutions, including McLaren Oakland and Great Lakes Foot & Ankle Institute. Additionally, Zeeshan Husain has chaired the Michigan Podiatric Residency Consortium since November 2008, facilitating collaboration among residency programs in the metro-Detroit area. Education credentials include a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Molecular Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
