Jennifer Melick

Jennifer Melick is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the arts sector. Currently serving as the Communications and Media Relations Manager at Detroit Opera since November 2022, Jennifer previously held the role of Managing Editor for Symphony at the League of American Orchestras from September 2007 to November 2022. Earlier in the career, Jennifer was the Executive Editor at Opera News from 1991 to 2005. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College and a Master of Music degree from the New England Conservatory of Music.
