James Polizzi

James Polizzi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in database management and administration. Currently serving as Data Warehouse Manager for the Detroit Pistons since October 2017, Polizzi has also held roles as Database Administrator/Developer at Palace Sports & Entertainment from September 2013 to October 2017. Prior to this, Polizzi accumulated valuable experience at The Bank of New York Mellon as a Senior Associate in Database Administration from September 2002 to February 2013, and worked as a Senior Consultant at Nusoft Solutions and Accusolve Consulting. Early career roles included positions as a System Engineer and Software Engineer at Electronic Data Systems and Fourth Wave Technologies, respectively, along with experience as a Programmer/Analyst at Lowery Computer Products and Software Engineer at MPACT EDI Systems. Polizzi holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, obtained in 1992.
