Jasmine Hunt

Jasmine Hunt is a skilled multimedia journalist with extensive experience in digital media and production. Currently working at Detroit Public Television since October 2021, Jasmine previously held the position of Digital Distribution Assistant at WDET 101.9 FM Detroit’s NPR Station, where responsibilities included analyzing data reports and managing content across digital platforms. With a background as an Associate Producer at Metro Arts and as a Freelance Writer for The Southend Newspaper at Wayne State University, Jasmine has demonstrated expertise in content creation and production. Additional roles include Social Media Manager and Content Creator at Temple Plaza LLC and a News Intern at WJBK-TV FOX 2 Detroit. Jasmine holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Wayne State University and an Associate's degree from Oakland Community College.
