Jim Soda, MA, MA, LMHC, LPC, LAC, CMPC, currently serves as the Sports Performance Coordinator for the Houston Astros and holds the position of Director of Sports Psychology for the Detroit Red Wings. Additionally, Jim operates as a Mental Performance Consultant for the Florida Panthers and serves as Executive Director at Invictus Performance. As President of Sodas Consulting, Jim provides counseling and consulting focused on performance improvement and mental skills training for athletes and teams, addressing mental health and addiction issues. Jim also coordinates the Orenda Athlete Program with Futures Recovery Healthcare and has held various roles, including Sports Performance Coordinator for the Miami Marlins and Mental Health Consultant for the Washington Wizards. Jim's educational background includes two Master of Arts degrees in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and Sports and Performance Psychology from the University of South Florida and University of the Rockies, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a diploma in Radio and Television from CSB Media Arts Center.
