Julia Pilarski

Julia Pilarski has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Julia started their professional journey in 2018 as a Substitute Teacher at EDUStaff, LLC, where they worked until May 2019. In May of the same year, they joined the Road Commission For Oakland County as a GIS Intern, where they stayed for three months. In September 2019, they became a Research/GIS Coordinator at the Detroit Regional Partnership, a role they held until August 2022. From there, they were promoted to Associate Manager in GIS & Site Intelligence until their most recent position as a Project Manager in Real Estate & GIS, a role they started in January 2023.

Julia Pilarski has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economic Geography from Michigan State University, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they attended L'Institut de Touraine and studied French Language and Literature up until 2016. In addition to their academic qualifications, Julia has also obtained a Professional GIS Certificate from MSU onGEO in May 2019 and a Remote Pilot - Unmanned Aircraft Systems certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in November 2021.
