Previously, Erica held the position of Location Supervisor at Second Chance Living Supportive Services, offering administrative support and reporting for integrated healthcare programs. Experience also includes roles as an Office Services Representative at Canon Business Process Services and an Office Support Specialist at Novitex Enterprise Solutions, focusing on administrative tasks for clients in the legal and financial sectors. Erica earned an Associate of Arts degree in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions from Wayne County Community College District and holds a high school diploma in General Studies from Peterson-Warren Academy.
