Christopher M. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Christopher started their career at Caterpillar Inc. in 2006 as a Quality Specialist, where they were promoted to 1st Shift Weld Quality Specialist and later to 2nd Shift Tube Quality Specialist. Christopher performed daily audits of raw and finished goods, identifying non-conforming issues using various tools. In 2010, they worked as a Quality Technician at Powell Industries, inspecting metal enclosed bus systems and electrical components. At Innocor, Inc., they served as a Quality Technician and was later permanently hired in 2012. Christopher then worked as an Industrial Engineer at General Motors, creating layout designs and lockout placards. From 2014 to 2017, they held the role of Plant Quality Engineer at Faster Inc., where they handled quality returns, maintained calibration records, and helped maintain the ISO system. In 2018, they worked as a Materials Inspector at First Solar and as a Quality Specialist at AK Tube LLC. Since 2019, they have been working at Detroit Thermal Systems, LLC, initially as a Quality Systems Coordinator and later as a Quality Engineer.

Christopher M. obtained a degree in Industrial Technology with a specialization in Manufacturing Systems from Iowa State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Before their university education, Christopher attended Gordon Tech High School from 1994 to 1998, completing their high school education in General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Christopher has also obtained several certifications in various fields. In July 2019, they obtained the certification for IATF 16949:2016 Internal Auditor Training from the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center. In the same month, they also obtained the certification for ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949:2016 Lead QMS Auditor from Omnex Inc. Continuing their professional development, Christopher obtained the certification for ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor from Omnex Inc in March 2020. In February 2020, they acquired the Exemplar Global-Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Training with AIAG IATF 16949:2016 Supplier Auditor Certification from AIAG - Automotive Industry Action Group. Furthermore, in February 2020, Christopher obtained the certification for Certified IATF 16949 Supplier Auditor, also from AIAG - Automotive Industry Action Group.
