Dan Harris

Dan Harris has a long history of working in quality management roles. Dan started their career as a Quality Manager at Lear Corporation in 1996, and later moved to United Technologies as a Quality Manager for NAFTA in 1998. In 1999, they became the Director of Quality for NAFTA at Lear Corporation. Dan then joined Continental in 2003, where they served as the Director of Quality for Global Quality Key Account until 2013. After that, they worked at Kautex Textron as the Director of Quality for NAFTA from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they are the Director of Quality and IM Focus Factory Manager at Detroit Thermal Systems, LLC, a position they have held since June 2016.

Dan Harris completed a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management from Cleary University from 1994 to 1996. Dan then pursued a Master's degree in Quality Management from Eastern Michigan University and graduated in 2003 with a Master of Science (MS) degree.
