Matthew Summers has a wealth of experience in the engineering and manufacturing fields. Matthew began their career in 2008 as a Manufacturing Engineer at Johnson Controls, where they were responsible for determining the manufacturing process and layout for launching a new JIT plant assembling Ford F150 seats. In 2010, they moved on to become a Process Engineer at KUKA Systems North America. In 2011, they joined The Productivity Team as a Project Engineer. In 2012, they were an Industrial Engineer at Automotive Components Holding. Finally, in 2013, they joined Detroit Thermal Systems, LLC as a Program Manager and Manufacturing Engineer, where they determined the layout, build process, manning and material flow for injection mold and HVAC assembly lines inside a 400k sq ft building.
