Sherri Manuel has worked in the human resources field since 1998. Sherri began their career at Edw. C. Levy Co. as a Human Resource Generalist/Coordinator, where they managed Oracle Human Resource Information Systems, implemented compensation programs, and recruited applicants using Luceo applicant tracking. In 2015, they moved to Yanfeng USA Automotive Trim Systems Inc. as a Human Resource Supervisor, where they were responsible for screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates, as well as managing new hire H.R. In 2017, they joined Detroit Thermal Systems, LLC as a Human Resources Manager and Labor Relations Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for various general human resources tasks, with a focus on labor tasks to enhance the overall productivity and effectiveness for the company. Sherri also served as a point of contact for all steps to grievances and contract negotiations, and counseled employees concerning work-related issues.

Sherri Manuel completed their Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Macomb Community College in 2009. Sherri then went on to earn their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northwood University in 2011. Finally, they completed their Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Central Michigan University in 2013.
