Janell Hearns

Janell Hearns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in visual design, community outreach, marketing, and media production. Currently serving as the Visual Design and Outreach Manager at Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network since July 2021, Janell leads community outreach efforts and manages digital media content. As the Community Outreach and Communications Liaison at The Legendary Movement Media Group since March 2015, Janell is the founder and executive producer responsible for strategic brand development and client project fulfillment. Previously, as a Producer at Velocity Cow, Janell successfully managed video advertising production for over 30 client accounts, achieving significant sales growth for retail clients. Janell began a career at WDIV Local 4 News/ClickOnDetroit, contributing to content development and live broadcasts. Janell holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations from Oakland University and has completed certifications in Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. Currently, Janell is pursuing further education at Harvard Business School Online.
