Keith Frambro Cissp

Keith Frambro is a seasoned professional with a diverse range of work experience in the field of information technology. Keith worked as the Associate VP of IT Services at Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network starting from 2023. Before that, they served as the CIO and HIPAA Officer at Developmental Disabilities Resource Center for almost 18 years, where they led all IT functions and created a team environment focused on applying technology to meet mission goals. Prior to that, they were the VP of Operations at Syngistix, where they directed various departments and implemented best practices to improve customer satisfaction and departmental efficiency. Additionally, they worked as the Regional Director of IT/North & South America at Gretag Imaging and as the National Director of IT at Ticketmaster, where they provided strategic leadership and managed IT initiatives on a global scale. Keith Frambro has a strong background in managing teams, developing technology strategies, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Keith Frambro, CISSP, CHPS, completed their education in Computer Science. Keith first attended Oakland Community College from 1984 to 1986, obtaining an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) and an Associate of General Studies (AGS) degree. Following that, they enrolled at Wayne State University from 1986 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Keith Frambro has obtained multiple certifications. In October 2019, they became a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) through (ISC)². Keith also achieved the designation of Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security from AHIMA in April 2013.
