Currently serving as a Residential Care Specialist at Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority since September 2018, Jessica previously held the role of Residential Care Manager at Behavioral Health Professionals, Inc., where responsibilities included monitoring specialized residential services. Jessica's experience also encompasses casework services for vulnerable populations at the State of Michigan, roles focused on client support and re-engagement at Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation, and individual counseling at The Salvation Army. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Family and Community Services and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Siena Heights University.
