Kayne Karnbach

Kayne Karnbach, CFRE, currently serves as the Manager of Individual Philanthropy at the Detroit Zoological Society since July 2018. Previous experience includes the role of Associate Director of Development for the Benedictine Sisters of Virginia, focusing on fundraising initiatives for ministry programs. Kayne also held positions in various organizations, including Sustainability Intern at Hartford Denim, Consultant/Program Coordinator at NoVA Outside, and Director of Programs and Development at Keep Prince William Beautiful, showcasing expertise in fundraising, program management, and sustainability assessment. Early career contributions as Development Coordinator at PFLAG and Development Associate at DC Habitat for Humanity further highlight a strong background in securing corporate and foundation support. Kayne holds a Master's Degree in Human Relations with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Sociology from Florida State University.
