Penélope Longart Borjas

Penélope Longart Borjas has worked in various roles since 2018. In 2018, they were the Co-Founder of Proyecto Nodriza, a program for mothers in critical situations, and the Coordinator of Operations at Observatorio Social - Humanitario VP, an observatory of social conflict. In 2019, they were a Consultor in Desarrollo Organizacional, providing consultancies to Chilean companies. In 2020, they were the Coordinator of National Youth Activism at Vente Venezuela, the Analyst of Data at Civilis Derechos Humanos, and the Analyst of Student Development at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. In 2021, they were the Team Manager at País Plural, the Community Manager at Lego Marketing, and the Técnica de Proyectos Sociales. Penélope is currently working as a Social Media at Deudafix.

Penélope Longart Borjas studied Sociology at the Universidad Central de Venezuela from 2014 to 2018. In 2016 and 2017, they also attended IESA for LIDERA. In 2019, they obtained a Diplomado en diagramacion digital from Uneweb. In 2020, they attended Asuntos del sur for Innovación política. In 2021, they obtained a Diplomado análisis político from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Additionally, they have a certification in Community Management from Domestika.
