Roman Romanko has extensive work experience in finance and consulting roles. Roman started their career as a Praktikant in the Finanz- und Rechnungswesen department at VOGT electronic Components GmbH in 2005. Roman then moved on to Raiffeisenbank Ukraine for a Praktikum in the Back Office. In 2007, Roman joined Struktur Management Partner GmbH as a Praktikum, and later became a Senior Program Consultant from 2008 to 2012. Roman then worked as a Consultant at Ebner Stolz Management Consultants from 2012 to 2015. Currently, Roman holds the position of Head of Finance at Deufol SE, a role they have held since October 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Business Finance at Deufol SE from 2015 to September 2020.
Roman Romanko obtained a Magister der internationalen Wirtschaftsbeziehungen, Übersetzer degree from the Nationale Ivan-Franko-Universität Lviv, Ukraine in the field of Internationale Wirtschaftsbeziehungen. Roman pursued this degree from 2001 to 2006. Following this, Roman enrolled in Universität Trier from 2006 to 2008, completing a Master of economic and social studies in the field of Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
