Michael Juetting has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2005 as a Trainee at Kuehne + Nagel. Michael then worked at F.H. Bertling from 2008 to 2014, holding various roles such as Project Coordinator and Logistics Project Manager. During this time, they managed logistics projects in multiple countries and ensured key performance indicators were met. Since 2015, Michael has been with deugro group, where they have held roles such as Manager Special Projects and Global Business Process Analyst. Currently, they serve as the Director of the Program Management Office. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement, and team management.

Michael Juetting completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2005 to 2008, they attended the Bremer Institute Handel und Verkehr (BIHV) and obtained a Certified Master in Traffic Logistics (BiVL) degree with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. During the same period, they also attended the Berufsschule für den Großhandel, Außenhandel + Verkehr Bremen and acquired a State-certified Forwarding Professional degree in the field of Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.

Prior to this, from 2002 to 2005, Michael Juetting attended the Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg, where they pursued Business Administration and Management, but did not obtain a specific degree.

In addition to their formal education, they also earned the PRINCE2® Foundation certificate in project management and the PRINCE2® Practitioner certificate in Project Management from Axelos Limited in October 2014.
