Melissa Nuñez, MHRM, currently serves as the Regional HR Director of North America at deugro, where responsibilities include directing HR strategies aligned with business goals, advising senior leadership on staffing and retention, and managing employee relations and performance programs. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Doggett - John Deere, Regional Human Resources Manager at TAS Concrete Construction, and Human Resources Business Partner at Orion Marine Group. Melissa's diverse HR experience is complemented by a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston-Downtown.
