Ayn Howze

Ayn Howze is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in advocacy and public relations. Currently serving as EVP, Head of Advocacy and Communications at Deutsch since July 2020, Ayn also chairs the Communications Committee for the Talent Equity Alliance. Prior roles include Communications Manager at Hudson Pacific Properties, where responsibilities encompassed managing communication strategies for a publicly-traded commercial real estate development firm, and Director of Communications and Advocacy at YWCA Greater Los Angeles. With a background that includes positions at KCETLink and several public relations firms such as Edelman and PMK*BNC, Ayn has demonstrated expertise in media relations, strategic communications, and advocacy initiatives. Ayn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California.
