Leigh McCarthy has a diverse work experience in the advertising industry. Leigh started their career at Team One in 2005, where they worked as an Account Coordinator for the Lexus Dealer Association. Leigh then became an Assistant Account Executive for Lexus National before being promoted to Account Executive, where they led the strategic development and production of various multi-medium campaigns. In 2009, Leigh joined Deutsch as an Account Executive for Sony PlayStation, overseeing the strategic development and production of the PS3 rebranding effort. Leigh later became an Account Supervisor for Sony PlayStation and was responsible for managing the Hardware business. Leigh then transitioned to HTC as an Account Director, where they managed the global and North America business. Leigh worked closely with planning and creative teams to identify solutions for HTC's business situation and acquired additional out of scope assignments for the agency. After that, they joined Deutsch again, this time as an Account Director for Target. In this role, Leigh led marketing strategy, campaign development, and execution for Target exclusive artist partnerships, including campaigns for renowned artists such as Justin Timberlake, Shakira, and Coldplay. Leigh also led the 2015 Target Grammy initiative, resulting in over a billion impressions and extensive media coverage. Currently, Leigh holds the position of SVP Group Account Director, overseeing the Target account at Deutsch.
