Cordula Modest

Cordula Modest has a solid background in legal and advisory roles, particularly in the fields of energy and corporate governance. From April 2012 to November 2014, Cordula served as a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at EWeRK - Institut für Energie- und Wettbewerbsrecht in der kommunalen Wirtschaft e.V. In June 2023, Cordula held two significant positions at Deutsche Bahn, including Senior Referentin Konzernvorstandsbüro Aufsichtsratsangelegenheiten and Legal Counsel for Antitrust Advice and Compliance. Cordula completed the Erstes Staatsexamen at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin between 2007 and 2012, followed by the Zweites Staatsexamen at Kammergericht Berlin from 2015 to 2017.
