Dr. Albrecht Küfner

Dr. Albrecht Küfner is an experienced professional in the fields of quantitative and qualitative research, currently serving as Team Lead for Employee Surveys at Deutsche Bahn since September 2019. Prior to this role, Dr. Küfner held various leadership positions at FactWorks GmbH from March 2014 to October 2018, where responsibilities included leading a team focused on quantitative research utilizing multivariate statistics and predictive analytics across various sectors such as eCommerce and financial services. Earlier experience includes roles as a Research Consultant and Junior Research Consultant, as well as postdoctoral and research assistant positions at the University of Muenster and the University of Mainz. Dr. Küfner holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and a Diploma in Psychology from Leipzig University.
