Ilma Bojadzic

Ilma Bojadzic is a co-founder and Head of Strategy at encore | DB, a company focused on advancing the energy transition and circular economy through sustainable energy storage solutions derived from used and surplus e-batteries. Since February 2019, Ilma has been responsible for developing and implementing the company's vision and strategic direction, fostering strategic partnerships, and communicating with stakeholders. Ilma's experience includes roles as an intrapreneur at DB Intrapreneurs and a business strategy consultant at DB Connect, as well as various positions within marketing and online communications across different companies. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Online Communications from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, among other qualifications.
