Kerstin Wagner

Kerstin Wagner serves as the Executive VP of Talent Acquisition at Deutsche Bahn, a position held since June 2012, where responsibilities encompass global employer branding, recruiting strategy, and management of the group's temporary employment division. Previously, Kerstin held various roles at Siemens from 2001 to May 2012, including Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Head of Recruiting Center. Earlier experience includes working as an International HR Manager at Unisphere Networks and a Project Manager to the SVP of HR at Siemens. Kerstin Wagner's education includes a Bachelor of Science and MBA, with studies at ESB Business School, University of Ottawa, and NEOMA Business School, complemented by participation in the Baden-Badener Unternehmer Gespräche in 2020.
