Sophia Weiss

Sophia Weiss is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR leadership and business partnership roles. Currently serving as a Germany HR People Partner for Amplifon since September 2020, Sophia has also held positions such as Head of HR Business Partner Front Office and Human Resources Business Partner within the same company. Prior to Amplifon, Sophia worked as an HR Manager at eatclever and held sales management roles at ALDI Nord and Lidl in Deutschland. Sophia obtained a Master’s degree in Business Law from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule in 2023 and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin in 2014.
