Tobias Theile

Tobias Theile is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer experience within the automotive and service sectors. Currently serving as Senior Projektleiter Digitales Innovationsmanagement at Deutsche Bahn since October 2021, Tobias has also held significant roles such as Beirat at Kundendienst-Verband Deutschland e.V. since May 2019, and Manager Customer Journey & Customer Experience Gate at Opel from October 2016 to August 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Porsche AG, primarily in media strategy and workshop methodologies, as well as various leadership roles at Formel D Group and a foundational startup position at OCC Autopflege GmbH. Tobias holds a Master of Arts in Prozessmanagement from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, awarded in 2009, and a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from the same institution, completed in 2007.
