Deeptasree Mitra

Deeptasree (Dee) Mitra serves as the Managing Director and Global Head of Product for BaaS, Context Banking, and Embedded Finance at Deutsche Bank since September 2018, driving the global product strategy and commercialisation of innovative API-based business models. Key achievements include establishing a skilled Fintech organization, launching various "as a service" platform solutions, and initiating the Banking as a Service business in the Corporate Bank. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Dee Mitra held leadership roles at the Bank of England, where new payment systems were transformed, and at Virtual Clarity, where a Cloud-native Data Science Platform was developed. Additional experience includes roles at British Gas, Accenture, and Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on data strategies and product management. Dee Mitra holds a PGDM in Finance and Management from the Institute of Management Development and Research.
