Heather Barr

Heather Barr has extensive experience in human resources, primarily at Deutsche Bank since 1999. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR for the Global COO, Heather has held various senior positions, including Global Head of HR for the Chief Financial Office, UK Country Head of HR, and Global Head of Employee Relations. Previous roles at Deutsche Bank include HR Business Partner positions across multiple divisions, such as Global Markets and Corporate Finance. Heather holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from the University of Strathclyde and an MA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen.
