Jane Hope

Jane Hope is an experienced professional in incident management and production support technology, currently serving as the Regional Lead for Global Incident Management at Deutsche Bank since September 2015. With a prior role at FIS as Configuration Incident & Problem Manager, Jane facilitated technology incident restoration and root cause analysis. Jane's extensive background at Bank of America includes multiple leadership positions, managing production support teams for various applications, as well as business analysis and loan documentation review. Jane holds an MBA and a BBA from Western Michigan University.
