Kofi Bempah

Kofi Bempah is a seasoned professional with a strong background in talent sourcing and marketing. Currently serving as VP and Early Careers Talent Sourcing Manager at Deutsche Bank since January 2021, Kofi oversees the management of talent sourcing for early careers. Prior experience includes a role as University Outreach Manager at The Princeton Review from June 2014 to January 2021, where Kofi led university outreach initiatives, and as Territory Manager at Altria from May 2011 to February 2014, managing territory sales and marketing efforts. Kofi began career development with positions as a Student Assistant - Clerical at University of Missouri Health Care and Sports Marketing Intern at University of Missouri Athletics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from University of South Florida St. Petersburg and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Missouri-Columbia.
