Mark Son is currently the Vice President of the Central Investigations Function at Deutsche Bank. They served as a Legal Columnist for The Korea Times from 2019 to 2023, focusing on legal issues impacting the Korean-American immigrant community. Prior to that, Mark worked as a Staff Attorney at The Legal Aid Society of New York from 2010 to 2017, and as an Associate Court Attorney within the New York State Unified Court System from 2017 to 2021, assisting judges in the Bronx County Criminal Court. They also held the position of Principal Law Clerk at the New York State Supreme Court in 2022 and 2023. Mark earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from both Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and Fordham University School of Law, and holds a B.A. in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
