Nirmala Rajesh

Nirmala Rajesh is an accomplished professional in the finance and risk management sectors, currently serving as Director of Non-Financial Risk Management at Deutsche Bank since October 2006, where responsibilities include leading global transaction processing risk control and managing the Non-Financial Risk Management Centre in India. Nirmala has held various leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, including Director of Investment Bank Transformation and Vice President of Regulatory & Market Initiatives, with expertise in program management, regulatory change execution, and client engagement across multiple regions. Nirmala's career in finance began at Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL), where significant contributions were made in institutional client services from 1994 to 2006. Nirmala holds a Master’s Degree in Inorganic Chemistry and an M.B.A. in General Management, alongside a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry.
