Rachel Chia

Rachel Chia serves as Managing Director and Head of Project Finance for Asia Pacific at Deutsche Bank since September 2021, having previously held the role of Director in the same division. Prior experience includes Director of Structured Finance Origination for Energy and Infrastructure at NORD/LB, where responsibilities encompassed originating and executing green energy projects across Australia, Taiwan, and Japan. Earlier roles at GE Oil & Gas saw Rachel lead the finance team for a significant deepwater development project, while at GE Corporate HQ, Rachel held various finance and audit positions, driving global programs and working closely with senior leadership. Rachel Chia holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Singapore Management University.
