Rohit Mogra

Rohit Mogra has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head HR for the India Technology Team and Pune Site HR Head at Deutsche Bank since January 2017. In this role, responsibilities include leading HR functions for various critical teams, including Market Risk, Credit Risk, Legal, and Compliance. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Rohit held significant HR positions at Myntra and Bharti Airtel Limited, managing large teams and functions across multiple regions in India. Rohit’s educational background includes a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a PGDBM from the Indo-German Training Centre, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Rajasthan.
