Sophie Leng-Smith

Sophie Leng-Smith has extensive experience in the finance and consulting sectors, currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer for the Chief Risk Division at Deutsche Bank since June 2013, progressing from Director to Vice President during tenure. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Sophie held leadership positions at Kellogg Company, including Head of Sales and Operational Planning UK and Continuous Improvement Manager, from June 2011 to June 2013. Earlier career experience includes roles at Capgemini Consulting and Capgemini, where roles ranged from Managing Consultant to Senior Consultant, along with a long tenure at Sun Chemical spanning 17 years, where various management positions were held. Sophie holds an MBA from The Open University, obtained between 1996 and 2000, and attended Cransley School for Girls from 1981 to 1992.
