Ayse Ece Bircan, LL.M. is currently working as Vice President at Deutsche Börse. Previously, Ayse Ece held the position of Senior Associate Vice President- New Digital Markets at Clearstream where Ayse Ece was involved in the development of outsourcing methodology and analysis of legal entity structures. With experience in legal and financial institutions, Ayse has a strong background in law and finance, holding a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the Institute for Law and Finance and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Istanbul Bilgi University.
