Dietmar Hinkel

Dietmar Hinkel serves as the Director and Head of Group IT Audit at Deutsche Börse since January 2022, overseeing the IT Audit function for the group and its global subsidiaries. Additionally, since October 2023, Dietmar Hinkel has held a position on the Board of the Collaborative Cloud Audit Group, focusing on technology topics. Involved with ISACA since July 2007, Dietmar Hinkel has participated in various capacities related to the CISA certification, contributing to multiple working groups and task forces. Previously, Dietmar Hinkel was the Head of IT Audit Germany at HSBC from February 2005 to December 2021 and worked as a Consultant at Accenture from January 1999 to February 2005. Dietmar Hinkel holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from TU Dortmund University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
