Gerd Ruecker

Gerd Ruecker is a seasoned professional in business program management and risk governance, currently serving as Manager, Business Program Manager for SAP GRC & Risk Governance at Deutsche Börse since May 2022. Prior to this role, Gerd held the position of Head of Unit for Analytics & Monitoring in Group Compliance from November 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included establishing and leading the Analytics & Monitoring team focused on AML/CTF transaction monitoring. Gerd's background also includes significant experience at Deutsche Börse in innovation and technology, having served as Head of Unit for Innovation & New Technologies from July 2014 to October 2016, as well as in various project management roles since 2000. Gerd earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from both Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and Goethe University Frankfurt, alongside a Diplom-Mathematiker degree in Mathematics from Heidelberg University.
