Jessica Erk

Jessica Erk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and talent sourcing. Jessica began their career with Advanced Car Technology Systems GmbH as an Intern/Student Assistant in Human Resources in 2006. In 2008, they worked briefly as a Diplomantin at Vodafone. Jessica then moved on to Deutsche Börse, where they held multiple positions, including Employee Human Resources for Campus Recruitment & Marketing, Human Resources Key Account Manager for Recruitment, HR Projects, Campus Marketing, Apprenticeships, Head of Recruitment & Campus Marketing & Apprenticeship, Head of Talent Sourcing & Development, and most recently, Global Head of HR Business Relations - Trading & Clearing. Their tenure at Deutsche Börse began in 2008, and they continue to hold their current role as of August 2019.

Jessica Erk attended Leybold Optics GmbH from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Industriekauffrau. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Applied Sciences Aschaffenburg from 2004 to 2008, earning a Diplom Betriebswirtin degree in Personalmanagement und Unternehmensführung.
