Martin Rudnick has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2012, they began their career as an Accounting and Finance professional at asCom Confection GmbH. Later in the same year, they joined Warth & Klein Grant Thornton AG as a Project Manager. After a brief break, they returned to the company in 2018 as a Consultant until 2020.

In 2021, Rudnick joined Arabesque as the Head of Finance in Germany for a period of six months. Martin then moved on to Hochschule Fresenius, where they took up the position of Lecturer in both Entrepreneurial Finance and Behavioral Decision Making. Currently, they are working as the Chief Financial Officer at Deutsche Digital Assets, where they also previously held the position of Head of Controlling.

In 2019 and 2020, they pursued further professional development by acquiring a degree in Controlling from Steuer-Fachschule Dr. Endriss GmbH & Co.KG.
