Torsten Kreindl is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in alternative asset management and corporate governance. As the Founding and Managing Partner of Capmont Technology and Capmont Venture since May 2016, Kreindl has led initiatives in asset management totaling over EUR 4.0 billion. Current board memberships include roles at SiTime as a Board Member and Chairman of the Compensation Committee, as well as independent directorships at Plume Design, Inc., and Crate.io. Additional contributions are made as a Member of the Digital Advisory Board at Henkel and a Member of the Supervisory Board for Pictet Asset Management's Digital Fund. Kreindl has also served as an investor and board member for various companies, including ProGlove and KONUX, alongside past directorships at Hays plc and Swisscom AG, where Kreindl held significant committee roles.
