Christian Helm

Christian Helm is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global Lead for Talent Management and Onboarding in HR Group Functions at Deutsche Post und DHL since October 2023. Previously, Christian held the position of Team Lead for Global Talent Management and Talent Acquisition at Deutsche Post DHL Group from February 2021 to September 2023, after serving as a Senior Expert in Corporate Executives and Recruiting & HR Marketing from July 2012 to January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Management Development Consultant at Gothaer from June 2010 to June 2012 and as a Student Assistant in the Institute for Personnel and Organizational Psychology at RWTH Aachen University from 2006 to 2009, along with an internship focusing on HR Change Management at AXA in 2008. Christian Helm holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Maastricht University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from RWTH Aachen University, and a Master of Divinity from Martin Bucer Seminar & Whitefield Theological Seminary, supplemented by certification as an Insights Practitioner.
