Lirim Alilaj

Lirim Alilaj possesses a strong background in IT support and service desk roles, currently serving in the IT-Servicedesk at dpa Deutsche Presse-Agentur GmbH since May 2022. Prior experience includes a position as IT Service Desk personnel at Bechtle from February 2019 to April 2022, providing first-level support. Lirim began the career as an IT System Administrator at Hotel Emka, managing computers and network devices, and previously worked as an IT Supporter at See University, supporting a large user base and handling network maintenance. Additional experience as a Sales Representative at SETEC se od tehnika contributes to a well-rounded skill set. Lirim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from See University, completed in 2015, and a high school diploma in General Studies from Kiril Pejcinovic in Macedonia.
