Dr. Jan Koch

Dr. Jan Koch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Currently, they are the Head of Workforce Planning and Analytics at Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund, where they oversee a team of 10 experts and is responsible for developing and implementing tools for workforce planning and HR forecasts. Prior to this, Dr. Koch worked at SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences in various positions, including Change Facilitator, Coordinator of the Berlin School of Management, Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter, and CORE Coordinator.

Dr. Jan Koch holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg, which was completed between 2020 and 2022. Prior to their PhD, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sozial-, Organisations- & Wirtschaftspsychologie from Freie Universität Berlin from 2015 to 2017. Dr. Koch's educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychologie from the same institution, Freie Universität Berlin, from 2011 to 2015.
