Anna Sadoyan

Anna Sadoyan, MBA, is a Senior Business Analyst at EPAM Systems since October 2020, specializing in GAP analysis, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder management in complex enterprise environments. With extensive experience in business analysis, Anna has previously held roles as an International Trainer at Deutsche Sparkassenstiftung für internationale Kooperation e.V., where project coordination and financial education initiatives were managed, and as an Adjunct Lecturer at the American University of Armenia, focusing on enhancing financial literacy. Additional experience includes positions at the Central Bank of Armenia, VOLO, AOD.space, and as a researcher at Leipzig University, complemented by an academic background featuring multiple MBA degrees and a Bachelor's in Economics.
