Ferenc Balazs Kis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ferenc Balazs started their career as an Intern at Eurocontrol in 2003 and later joined IBM, where they held various roles including Solution Design Specialist, Sales Operations Specialist/Leader, and STG Lab Services Program Manager. In 2013, they joined SYSTEMAX BUSINESS SERVICES KFT as a CEE Sales Operations Manager and later became the Manager of Inbound and Outbound Sales. Ferenc Balazs then served as Head of Sales and Business Development Manager at the same company. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Sales Operations Specialist/Leader and Business Controller at IBM. Following this, they worked as an Operations Manager at IBM's Global Technology Services. In 2010, they briefly worked as a Journalist at mindennapi.hu. In 2018, they joined Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU as a Chapter Lead & Service Delivery Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Budai Pszichológus Központ as a Psychologist & Corporate Services. Concurrently, Ferenc has had a long-standing involvement with LAKE WAPOGASSET LUTHERAN BIBLE CAMP ASSOC, where they served as a Camp Counselor and Team Leader from 1996 to 2001.

Ferenc Balazs Kis obtained a Master of Science in Management and Technology from Budapest University of Technology and Economics in the years 1998-2003. Ferenc Balazs then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Károli Gáspár University from 2014 to 2017. Kis further completed a Master of Arts in Psychology at the University of Szeged from 2017 to 2019. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an Autogenic Trainer certification from The Hungarian Association of Relaxation and Symboltherapy in 2020. Kis also holds certifications as a Senior Service Manager and Certified Service Manager from TÜV Rheinland Europe, obtained in November 2019 and October 2019 respectively. Furthermore, they obtained an ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in 2018.
